Sarah is a 200hr Yoga Alliance accredited teacher specialising in a vinyasa and Hatha.

A class with Sarah will help strengthen the body and heal the mind focusing on mobility, alignment, and flexibility. The vinyasa style encourages matching the breath to the postures. Sarah’s classes are accessible to all levels, aiming to challenge you but remaining mindful and restorative. Her practise will allow you to flow through the poses and cultivate a sense of calm leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Dance Fitness with Georgie Fishkin

Wednesday 6.15pm
45 minute session

Georgie is freelance theatre and dance practitioner with qualifications in the IDTA dance syllabus, specialising in modern jazz, ballet and tap.

Dance fitness combines traditional dance forms with cardiovascular exercise, with easy to follow routines that are accessible for all ages and abilities!
The classes maintain a focus on providing a feel good workout whilst working up a sweat!
