Families joined us in Kemps’ courtyard which was transformed into a winter wonderland for 30 minutes away from the hustle and bustle as we retold these magical stories.
TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS
We capture the magic and excitement of Clement Clarke Moore’s ‘Twas The Night Before Christmas in our atmospheric retelling of the festive favourite.
Running time: 30 minutes
This story is suitable and enjoyable for all the family, but would hold more magic for those aged 3+ due to its poetic nature.
STAR MONEY / THE LITTLE MATCH GIRL
We have a treat for all the family in the shape of a double bill of The Brothers Grimm’s Star Money and Hans Christian Anderson’s The Little Match Girl. With movement, bespoke music, interactive elements and projection this is a great and gentle introduction to classic literature and the spirit of Christmas and goodwill for everyone.
